What is community support?

Community support is aimed at supporting you within your own home, or out in the community. supporting you to review any items in your week or day to offer support in completing these things.

sometimes we all need a bit of motivation to clean the kitchen, sort out washing or book those appointments. our role is to support you to do these things as independently as possible.

it may be that you want support at your work placement, or support at a service you attend. we can do this too.
