1. Binding Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By attending, accessing, or using any service provided by Safebreaks (the “Service”), the attendee and/or their authorised representative irrevocably agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

1.2. This acceptance applies regardless of whether a written agreement has been signed, provided that:

  • These Terms & Conditions are publicly available on this Policies page, and
  • A reasonable opportunity has been given to read and understand them before attendance.

1.3. Attendance at the Service constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and no individual or representative may claim non-acceptance due to failure to review them.

2. Responsibility for Reviewing Terms

2.1. It is the sole responsibility of the individual attending and/or their legal representative (e.g., parent, carer, social worker, funding authority) to review, understand, and comply with these terms before attendance.

2.2. Where the individual lacks the legal capacity to review these terms personally, their responsible representative is deemed to have accepted these terms on their behalf by facilitating or authorising attendance.

2.3. Failure to review these terms does not exempt an individual or their representative from compliance. Safebreaks shall not be liable for claims arising from failure to read or understand these terms where reasonable access has been provided.

3. Authority & Third-Party Responsibility

3.1. Where a third party (e.g., a local authority, funding body, or legal guardian) has arranged attendance at the Service, that third party:

  • Confirms they have reviewed and accepted these terms, and
  • Confirms they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the attendee.

3.2. Payment for or facilitation of attendance by a third party constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Amendments to Terms

4.1. Safebreaks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

4.2. Continued attendance or use of the Service following any update constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

4.3. Any significant changes will be published on this Policies page, and it is the responsibility of all individuals and representatives to check for updates.
